Exclusive guided tour with a walking tasting

Let's taste Munkácsy's painting and wines made from old Hungarian grape varieties! During the guided tour, we can learn about the birth and struggle of Munkácsy's most monumental work, the conquest, so that he can historically authentically evoke the arrival of Árpád and the Hungarians. Even today, there are winemakers who are fighting a similar struggle to save the ancient Hungarian grape varieties. We will talk about sedges such as Ezerjó, Furmint and Kéknyelű, which will also be tasted.

Zoltán Székely, art historian and museum director, is responsible for what he saw, while wine expert Róbert Nagy is responsible for the tasted wines.

We welcome the participants to a tasting of 3 non-sortless wines made from old Hungarian varieties, where the taste buds will be pampered with special bread snacks.

The program is supported by Therapia Wine - Distillate - Gourmet.
